Well, I tried a couple of recipes from Betty Crocker and Better Homes cookbooks, but they didn't taste right. Can someone give me a *good* recipe for chili (it doesn't have to be hot)? Please be as specific as possible with the measurements for the chili powder and cumin. In the recipes I tried I used meat, tomatoes chopped, tomato sauce, green and red peppers, onions, ground pepper, basil, chili powder, fresh garlic, cumin, and dark red kidney beans. I'll take any and all recipes! --Ken (The Travelin' Fool) staggers@casbah.acns.nwu.edu [ We've had several recipes for chili in this group, all available from the archives at wuarchive.wustl.edu.
