mark@uunet.UU.NET (Mark Sicignano) (08/16/90)

I would like some chili recipes!! Hot or mild. Beef, Chicken, Vegetarian,
whatever. Any kind of varieties! I would like some "classic" recipes
as well as new and unique ones.

Thanks!

Well, I tried a couple of recipes from Betty Crocker and Better Homes
cookbooks, but they didn't taste right. Can someone give me a *good*
recipe for chili (it doesn't have to be hot)? Please be as specific as
possible with the measurements for the chili powder and cumin. In the
recipes I tried I used meat, tomatoes chopped, tomato sauce, green and
red peppers, onions, ground pepper, basil, chili powder, fresh garlic,
cumin, and dark red kidney beans.

I'll take any and all recipes!
