If you've been to Bombay lately, you may have had the good fortune of having chicken Patiala at either Copper Chimney or The Evening Post. With Romali Rotlis, of course. It is a totally unforgettable experience; would anyone out there happen to have the recipe of the chicken dish? Please answer in the affirmative; two Ph.D's are at stake here. Thank you Susan
