This one is *very* easy, and you can have the ingredients on hand for unexpected company. 2 cans no-bean chili 8 oz grated cheddar (or your choice of cheese) dash (or more to taste) Texas Pete/tabasco sauce Mix and heat over medium heat until cheese is melted. Serve with dip-size corn chips. Sharon Belville
