MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN
2 C. Brown Sugar 1 t. salt
1 stick margarine 1/2 t. soda
1/2 C. white corn syrup 5 qt. popped corn
(about 1 C. unpopped)
- Place popcorn in paper grocery bag
- combine remaining ingredients except soda in 1 1/2 - 2 qt dish
- Bring to boil and cook 2 min. more
- Add soda
- Pour over popcorn and shake bag
- Microwave bag on high 1 1/2 min; Shake bag
- Repeat 1 or 2 times more
- Pour into greased shallow pan to cool
