Help! I'm very fond of lasagna, but at the same time, I can't stand onions, mushrooms, or tomato (in large chunks, tomato paste is okay). I have a recipe for lasagna but I keep trying to alter it to suit my tastes and it never works. My noodles on the top are always FAR too crispy and it's never cheesy enough. I love the cheese bit. Does anyone have a recipe for a very cheesy lasagna with meat, but very little or no onion and mushroom. And any suggestions how to keep top noodles wet enough to cut into portions. Thanks...
