Here's a recipe for the person wanting an Italian dressing with no sugar. From: The Best of Colorado's Gourmet Gold Julian's in the Sheridan's recipe Italian Dressing: 1 c. olive oil 1/2 c. wine vinegar 1 tsp. minced onion 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1 clove garlic, pressed 1 tsp. chives, chopped 1 sprig parsley, chopped 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. white pepper dash cayenne Combine in a jar, cover, shake well. Chill 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Shake well before serving. Makes 1 1/2 c. I haven't tried this. Connie :)
