A former roommate from my undergraduate days used to make a dish of hash browns (1/4" cubed type), sour cream, and cheese. It was baked as a casserole. If anyone has a recipe for this, or for something that sounds similar, I'd love to see it. Scott post@felix.eng.ohio-state.edu
