I've begun (what I know will be) a life changing way of preparing foods. I have been limiting my fat intake to less than 20 grams per day. It hasn't been nearly as hard as I thought it would be - but after 4 weeks I beginning to feel the need for that old "FAT" taste. In the past I have always used a lot of sauces and gravies. We eat a lot of chicken, and salads. I have found that Kraft makes a "fat free" dressing that is quite tasty (ranch flavor). Please pass along any recipes you may have enjoyed under the same restricted fat intake. [ we've had a number of past requests for low-fat recipes, but none have been particularly successful in getting recipes posted. -aem ]
