Joe's Stone Crabs Hash Browns [adapted from an article in the _Miami Herald_ ] 4 cups cooked, diced potatoes 1/2 cup butter heat pan and add butter. when very hot add potatoes and cook until brown. add salt and pepper, and flip. cook other side until brown and serve immediately.
