I don't know how you do things out there, but on the eastern shore. We take about two lbs of backfin crab meat 4 tablespoons old bay seasoning 2 cloves garlic pepper to taste fry in butter until golden brown. I hate it when you go to a seafood house and get a crab cake and they fill it with junk.......fillers....... good luck tom
