[rec.food.recipes] REQUEST: Tofu Dips, and Tofu Meals

Can anyone help me out with recipes for Tofu dips ?  Do I just bung
some tofu into the processor with some herbs, veggies and spices and
let it rip ??

In addition, any recipes for quick and easy tofu meals would be greatly
appreciated.
