I make something for my daughter that Jell-O Brand calls ``Jigglers''. The recipe is for 2 small packets or 1 large packet mixed with 2-1/2 cups of HOT apple juice or water. Apple juice alone makes it very sweet, so I would use a mixture of apple juice and water. Dissolve the Jell-O in very hot liquid, pour in a 13x9 inch pan, and refrigerate. After it sets, you can cut it into squares, or use cookie cutters for shapes. Remove with a knife or spatula (I find it removes much easier with a thin coating of cooking spray). Karen Marks
