Easy TOFU Steaks: Cut firm tofu into 4x4x1 slices (I use one pound). Dredge in seasoned flour. Pan-fry in 1-2 T Oil until golden. Deglaze pan with a mix of: 3Tbs Soy Sauce 2Tbs Sake 1Tbs Mirin Garnish with chopped green onion and dried shaved bonito flakes. Good with steamed rice and steamed carrots. You can also substitute tofu for ground meat in spaghetti sauce. Daniel
