MISO SALAD DRESSING miso raw apple cider vinegar (or whatever) water spices Mash a spoonful of miso in some vinegar until dissolved. Add water and spices to taste. Use, maybe, twice as much water as vinegar. Experiment with different spices; some I like to use are oregano or italian seasonings, black pepper and garlic. Since this doesn't contain oil, you can munch as much salad as you like without worrying about taking in excess fat. It tastes really good too. The miso gives it a kind of creamy flavor.
