[net.news.group] Is there a news group dealing with computer science?

By "computer science" I mean the academic activity.  Of course 
this news group would contain discussion of current research.  
One might also discuss school work.  Discussion about university 
computer science departments would also go here (not 
net.college).  

Does this already exist?  If not, I suggest we create "net.cs".
