Does anyone have a recipe for the dense, heavier type of Coconut
Macaroon cookies?  The recipes I've tried so far produce a fairly
lightweight and "airy" macaroon.

I am looking for a recipe for coconut macaroons for Passover.  Recipe
books are full of recipes for Almond Macaroons but I have yet to see a
Coconut Macaroon recipe.
