I've seen a few "standard"-type recipes for making lemon- or limeade by slicing the fruit and steeping it in either in cold or boiling sugar water. But I've never heard of anyone making home-made "cranberry juice cocktail". I assume that it could be done the same way. Has anyone tried this? What are the proportion of cranberries and sugar to water? I'd like to make something less sweet than the ocean spray product and its competitors. Renee Mattie mattie@sun0.chem.upenn.edu
