I love a well-grilled steak, and I'm now experimenting with homemade steak sauces and the like. I figure that most of the backyard chefs have their own favorite homemade steak sauces. Does anyone have any recipes for steak sauces? I'm particularly interested in recipes that use mushrooms - I find that sauted mushrooms are a wonderful complement to a hickory-grilled steak. Bordellaise and Chateubriand sauces are also welcome. --Scott Mark, sjm@cs.purdue.edu
