For Billie and the rest, I have a couple of recipes:

GARLIC BREAD: Slice a loaf of Italian bread into slices, place on
cookie sheet and butter top side. Then sprinkle with
garlic powder and broil on top oven rack until crisp
(but not burnt -- keep a close eye on the bread as it's
	       broiling).

CHICKEN AND PEPPERONI PASTA SAUCE:
Ingredients: Chicken Breast, boneless, cut into bite-size pieces (1)
Pepperoni, also cut in bite-size pieces (about 3-4 oz.)
                Tomato Sauce (about 12 oz.)
Shredded Mozzarella or Parmesan Cheese (optional)
                Olive Oil
Crushed Red Pepper (2 x 1/4 tsp. [see below])
                Oregano (2 x 1/4 tsp. [see below])
Garlic Powder (1/4 to 1/2 tsp.) or Garlic Cloves to preference
Onions, Diced, Dried, Powdered, or otherwise (about 1/2 tsp.)
(all measurements are approx.. I personally never measure.)

Preparation: Put a small amount of olive oil in a frying skillet over
Med. High heat. Add chicken and sprinkle first portions
of pepper and oregano over the chicken. When the chicken
is almost done cooking, add the pepperoni. After pepperoni
becomes hot, remove from heat and drain excess oil. Replace
skillet at Low heat, add tomato sauce and remaining spices.

Serve hot over pasta, sprinkling shredded mozzarella over
                the sauce if desired.
