[rec.food.recipes] REQUEST: Cajun dish with shrimp, scallops, and Andouille sausage

I have been trying to find a recipe for a dish I had at a Cajun
restaurant.  The dish was shrimp, scallops, and Andouille sausage in a
mustard sauce.  Any recipes or ideas about what might be in the mustard
sauce?
