I read a recipe for a crustless spinach quiche posted by Barbara Green. As a lacto-vegetarian am wondering if one can possibly conceive of an eggless quiche? Please do not suggest egg substitutes as these are equally painful to my senses. Quiches look interesting, particularly the veggie one with its varied colors. Unfortunately, they seem to be loaded with eggs and when I ask at the food counter if these can be made eggless, folks look at me to ask 'are you nuts or something? ' If there is a savior on the net, she/he will receive homage. Shyamala Parameswaran
