[rec.food.recipes] REQUEST: Recipes using Hungarian Paprika

I have recently been given a quantity of fresh-ground Hungarian paprika
that smells far better than anything I have ever bought at a grocrey
store.  I am interested in a recipe that will do justice to the spice.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
