An uncle of mine recently gave me enough frozen crappie fillets to fill a five gallon bucket or more. I usually fry it in peanut oil with a little flour and corn meal or I bake it with dill and lemon. This, however, gets a bit boring after a while and I am seeking new ways to prepare the fish.
