Fudge -old-fashioned 1 part milk 2 parts white sugar Flavor of choice (chocolate, peppermint,...) Medium heat - stir a long time - lower heat when it thickens - add flavor immediately before pouring. The critical part is when to pour - too late and it does not come out - too early and it does not set. The whole takes about one hour using 1 cup milk and 2 of sugar. Best unflavored. (At least try it first au naturel).
