I just got a crock pot as a gift, and I've been using the recipes in the book that was included. Does anyone have a favorite crock-pot recipe? We got a 5 quart crock pot as a wedding gift, and are having a great time with it so far. It's great to come home from work, and have dinner ready! We've exhausted most of the recipes in the little book that comes with it (by Rival) that sound good. Although they suggest how to modify recipes to work in a crock pot, I'm not too good at that. I'd love to get some different and interesting recipes that have been modified for use with a crock pot. We don't eat a lot of meat, but fish and poultry are fine, and anything that can be modified to work with ground turkey or chicken.
