[rec.food.recipes] REQUEST: Eggrolls

I am looking for eggroll recipes in order to surprise my SO.  I've no
preference for any particular style of oriental cooking or for the
eggroll filling for that matter (ie, chicken, beef, veg., shrimp,
etc...)
