Does anyone have a recipe for Pho Bo Vien (sorry, the character set here doesn't allow for the accent marks on the 'o's!). This Vietnamese meatball & noodle soup is served (at A Dong, in Des Moines) with a generous plate of mung bean sprouts, basil and cilantro leaves, and hot peppers. Yum!
