Recently, while in my local Chinatown (New York) I came across fresh giant clam, known also as "gooeyduck" (phonetic spelling). This is a clam with a giant foot--about 14" long, and about 7" thick at the base where it exits the clam. Any hints/specific recipes would be greatly appreciated-- Thanks in advance!!---J.L.R.
