to answer the request for a simple recipe, here's mine: melt 100g (4 oz) semi-sweet chocolate and 50g (2 oz) rich-milk-chocolate (? just normal light brown choc.) and let it cool down a bit take 3 egg-whites and mix them until they become really stiff prepare whipped cream from 125ml (4 and 1/2 oz?) cream (with about 30% fat) mix CAREFULLY choc. and egg-snow and then mix with cream. put it into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. bon appetit!
