After several not so unsuccessful attempts at homemade RED BEANS AND
RICE, I would like to know a few things, not the least of which is a
GOOD recipe. However, in this recipe I would like included the
following:
The type of sausage to use
The type of beans to use
I have the rice pretty much down to a science, but if you have any
words of wisdom in that area, they will not go unappreciated.
