I can't believe this...I'm so ashamed...here I am, a Buffalonian, and I have no recipe for wings! So, I figured I'd just zero out my 'articles read' statistics, and search through all the back postings..but they only went as far back as December! NO wing recipes! And now I am hosting a Super Bowl get-together, and I need to make wings! Thanks! Does anyone out there have the original recipe for Buffalo Wings? I've tried several ways to fix them and they still don't taste like the ones I had in New York. I've tried different kinds of hot sauce, different kinds of cooking oils and different frying methods and the still don't turn out right. All I taste is the sauce on the meat. The wings don't have any flavor.

I need to know the temperature and how long to cook the little guys And also how much margarine to tobasco, etc etc etc.....give me some ideas. Thank you
