[rec.food.recipes] REQUEST: Moroccan Chicken

Does anyone have a tried-and-true recipe for the tasty,
melt-in-your-mouth chicken (usually served whole, but okay if it's in
pieces) that can be found in restaurants like Marakkesh?  The meat is
so tender it practically falls off the bone.  Thanks.
