I'll keep it short and to the point; one Japanese dish which I really like is called Chicken Nanban, but I haven't a clue on where to find a recipe. It's probably pretty involved; the waiter I asked mentioned it being marinaded in Sake before being deep-fried. Does anyone have any leads?
