I'm looking for the recipe for a Mexican dish called a sope (pronounced so-pay) which is basically a corn pattie about 3 or 4 inches in diameter and maybe an inch thick covered with a seafood or other topping. I think it may be of Mazatlan (sp??) origin. I'm particularly interested in the recipe for the pattie itself, since the other ingredients seem pretty standard. Steve Lamont
