Too long ago i ate at ANN SATHERS in chicago. i had a cold soup there, if memory serves it was norweigan or swedish. it was very sweet, very thick (like a nectar) and had whole pieces of fruit in it. Anyone have a recipe for this or any other cold soups? (the weather here is soooooo hot!) esmith@picasso.helios.nd.edu
