Does anyone have a good recipe for a chocolate fondue? I have tried just melting dark chocolate - with pretty average results. When I added cream it curdled and liqueurs created a hopeless curdled solidified mess! Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?? Any and all suggestions greatly appreciated!
