[net.micro] Copy protection schemes

     Please, no "soft bits" copy protection schemes.  It's certain to cause
reliability problems.  There used to be "copy protected" video tapes with
weak vertical sync pulses.  It didn't work; the picture would roll on some
TV sets.  Copy protectors, put any pattern you like out there, maybe one the
user's hardware can't write, but put it out there solidly.
