let's hear it for net.lit - maybe the warring factions of "book" and "books" can now make peace. this is a little more generalized, also, allowing diverse sub-groups (e.g. magazines, reports, ...). in this case, then, should sf-lovers become a sub-group? Andy Sheppard (microsoft!trsvax!andy)

I also like net.lit - it has a wider appeal and the possibilities of diverse sub-groups which one can subscribe or unsubscribe at will. However, I think that sf-lovers covers more than just literature, and thus would not be a fitting sub-group to net.lit. John Elliott IV ... microsoft!trsvax!iv
