Hello Bionet-Users!
I am looking for a comparitive assesment between two Sequence Analysis
package namely the University of Wisconsin GCG's Sequence Analysis &
the University of California San Francisco's Sequence Analysis packages.
The latter runs under UNIX (tm), while the former runs under VMS (at the
moment). If any of you out there has had experience with either of
these packages, I would appreciate hearing your feedback on them.
I will keep a summary of responses and provide it to anyone who
asks for it (or post it here if there are enough requests).
