We have received proposals for three new groups. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- POPBIO all matters related to population biology or population genetics. CYTOG techniques and informations in the field of cytogenetics. MUS genetics and related matters (breeding, strains and stocks...) of the Mouse, with special focus on wild species. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- As stated in the recently released BIOSCI policy statement, we are now calling for a separate vote on each of these three groups. Each group must gain at least 40 YES votes by March 23, 1989 which is 60 days from today. To vote, please send one message for each group with the following on the Subject: line: Yes on POPBIO Yes on CYTOG Yes on MUS (although NO votes may be registered as well one simply does not need to subscribe to the group!).
