Currently we are involved in experiments to determine the tracking of
lymphocyte ontogeny within the thymus. Our approach involves the production
of transgenic mice, for which we will need the promoter for the T-cell
antigen CD4. If anyone can supply me with that promoter or a fragment
containing it (any of the murine/human/rat etc. analogues : T8, OX, Leu-3
, L3T4 etc.) or information of its availability, could they please email
or snailmail to the below address. Any help would be duly acknowledged.
