Sometime soon, possibly as early as the middle of next week, we will start receiving the contents of the Journal of Biological Chemistry. These will be posted to the BIO-JOURNALS newsgroup (BIO-JRNL, bionet.journals.contents) about two weeks in advance of hardcopy publication. Standardization of submissions ------------------------------ After having investigated the various flavors of Medline format (there apparently have been variations made outside of the NIH by BRS and Dialog), we have decided upon a set of standards for the submissions. This will be posted as soon as we get them written up. I will try to get our first few contributors to make the necessary changes if at all possible and then provide these guidelines to new contributors.
