The latest version (July 15,1989) of Amos Bairoch's SEQANALREF database of sequence analysis references in "EMBL" format has been obtained from the EMBL fileserver and made available by anonymous FTP on BIONET (net.bio.net) in the ~ftp/pub/db/seqanalref directory. Use username "anonymous" and your name as password. BIONET users can search this database using the FIND command on the DEC or the locate command on the Suns. On the DEC the database is located in BC:SEQANALREF.DAT and BC:SEQANALREF.DOC. The latest version contains 1122 references for subjects in Sequence Analysis.
