[bionet.general] Intron Searching Programs for IBM-PC

Does any one know of a program for IBM-PC which searches for
possible intron/exon junctions or can search for exon sequences
perhaps by codon usage.  Although this program would be ideal for IBM-PC
 formatwe may be able to make use of any such programs available for Macintosh.
