Does anyone know of a program implementing the von Heinje method for recognising cleavage sites of signal peptides (or any other such algorithm for that matter)? I'd be grateful of the source of any freely distributable software that performs this task. Alan Bleasby (AJB@UK.AC.DARESBURY.DLVH)
