[bionet.general] DNA sequencing

foulser-david@CS.YALE.EDU (david foulser) (08/03/90)

I have a recent report that may be of some interest to the bionet
community. It describes an optimal algorithm for assembly of DNA
sequences from fragments. A limited number of copies are available to
interested parties.

Hi, David
I would like to get a copy of the paper you just mentioned to the net
about a linear time algorithm for DNA sequencing.

I would be very pleased if you colud send me such a copy.
