Dear fellow users, do any of you have a compilation of trasncription factors (TFDII, OctI, SP1) and the sequences that they bind to? I have isolated a new gene, and would like to test whether any known factors interact with it. Database is not the solution.....maybe you are ???? Thanks, Clemens
