[net.micro] DEVICE DRIVER FOR INSTALLING REDEFINED CHAR SET

I have a need for creating a number of different characters to be used
with the IBM PC and its color/graphics board. Word has it that this can
be done using a device driver. If you know how to do this or can refer
me to another source, either a person or some literature, I would be
most grateful. Thank you.

NEEDED:		method whereby I can have the system use a set of
		redefined characters, tools, etc.
