By this AM I have received 58 votes for the COMPUTATIONAL-BIOLOGY newsgroup which was proposed just yesterday and I am sure that more will continue to come in. However, there is no need for further responses as this passed more quickly than anything I can remember. The newsgroup will be established as a moderated forum in the fairly near future, although the BIOSCI managers are still reviewing ideas for reorganizing the distribution scheme. Thus the following recently approved newsgroups will probably be added soon after a decision is reached on the reorganization.
