Are these massages getting here by a mis-routing feature, or does the
user just not know what he is doing?

Frank,

I reported the situation to the UK two days ago and was told
that an attempt had been made to contact this host and kill the
message. It appears that this still has not been successful.

				Sincerely,

P.S. - The problem appears to be due to the LISTSERV automatic default
reply going to the newsgroup which is in use at IRLEARN. This is the
very feature that we have been trying to get changed at that site for
the last month now. I am fervently hoping that this will be changed
very soon.
